 Framework Agreement for the Supply of Assorted Passengers Transport Rental

Vehicles for DRC Tigray (Shire) and Somali (Dollo Ado) Region-Ethiopia  

 The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is a humanitarian, non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in 1956 that fulfills its mandate by providing direct assistance to conflict-affected populations – refugees, internally displaced people (IDPs) and host communities in the conflict areas of the world.

The Danish Refugee Council in Ethiopia intends to contract suppliers for the below listed Item. The tender dossier and instructions to suppliers is available for collection during working hours Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm as from 1^st March up to 15^th March 2023 from: –

1. DRC Shire Filed Office, Located at Shire city Tigray Region on kebele 01 on the main road to Aksum behind of Marta cafe.
2. DANISH REFUGEE COUNCIL, Kebele 03, Behind Dollo Ado High School, LATITUDE: 42.0794160000 LONGITUDE: 42.0794160000,
3. DRC Addis Ababa Office, located at Bole next to Habesa beer or next to Bon royal Hotel.

• Interested and eligible suppliers for Shire are therefore requested to submit their Bid documents only at DRC Shire Field Office or DRC Addis Ababa Main office: on 15^th March 2023, from 9:30AM till 10:30AM and Bid will be Opened at DRC Shire Field Office

 Interested and eligible suppliers for Dollo Ado are therefore requested to submit their Bid documents at DRC Dollo Ado Field Office or DRC Addis Ababa Main office: on 15^th March 2023, from 9:30AM till 10:30AM and Bid will be opened at DRC Addis Ababa.

 The bids should be submitted in separate sealed envelopes (containing the technical and the financial offers), both bearing the relevant reference number mentioned above.

» Bidders MUST provide valid business licenses, copy of TIN and VAT registration certificate(renewed for .

» Bidders MUST provide original plus copy of financial and technical documents in a separate envelope.

»    Bids submitted after the deadline or in violation of the formal requirements will not be considered. »        Further Instructions on submission are provided on tender dossier.

 Note: 

1. It is mandatory requirement to verify that suppliers & their drivers should know the culture and language of the Somali region. Those companies that are registered in the Somali and region are preferred.

2. The suppliers should come up with the relevant license copy during the collection of the bid documents.

SUBMISSION PROCESS 

The tender documents should be received at DRC Shire and Dollo Ado Field Office, Somali Region, Ethiopia, with the subject, ITB reference Number and Lot Number clearly marked on the envelope.
