INVITATION OF BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF OFFICE FURNITURES

1. The United Insurance Company S.C invites eligible qualified and competent Venders to submit a sealed bid document to office furniture for office use, the furniture are.

2. A complete biding documents can be obtained against payment of non-refundable amount of Birr 200.00 from the company Head office building located Tewodros Square United insurance Building 1^st floor Cashier office starting from October 11,2022 8.30 AM to 4.30 PM.
3. Sealed Financial and Technical proposal should be submitted separately with one original and one copy on or before October 26, 2022 at 9.00 AM to Head office building 9^th floor at HR & Administration office.
4. Bid shall be opened on October 26, 2022 at 10.00 AM in the presence of Bidders or their representative at company Head office building 11^th floor meeting room.
5. The united insurance company SC shall reserve the right to accept or reject all or any parts of the bid at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
