TotalEnergies Marketing Ethiopia S.C would like to invite service providers for services and is seeking to engage service providers/suppliers for

• Station pump attendant uniforms (that includes long and short sleeved sweaters, trousers, skirts, overhauls etc ) based on TotalEnergies brand and specification . 

Bidders should have relevant renewed Trade License, VAT registration and Tin Certificates.

1. Bidders may obtain the Tender document from Totalenergies marketing Ethiopia SC, Saris Road, Mullege Building 7^th floor, Casher’s office during normal working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 300 (Three Hundred Birr).
2. Bidders can collect bid document starting from October 10, 2022, and bid will be closed and returned on October 25, 2022, before 4:00pm.
3. Bidders should submit their technical and financial proposals in two separate plain sealed envelopes with sample clothes marked with the tender name and reference number and deposited in the tender box at TotalEnergies Marketing Ethiopia S.C Head Office, Mullege Building 7^th floor, Purchasing Division Office.
4. All Bidders whose applications will have been received before the closing date and time will be advised in due course, of the results of their applications.
5. Price should not be provided based up on another bidder’s price.
6. The Bid must be accompanied by bid security with 10, 000 in the form of CPO.
7. TotalEnergies Marketing Ethiopia SC has the right to reject partially or cancel all the tender at any time.
