For the Provision of consultancy service for Provision of Action research on play based literacy approaches, mental health, and psychosocial support (MHPSS).

World Vision Ethiopia (WVE) is an International Humanitarian Christian Organization whose objective is to provide holistic and integrated development and emergency response programs in the country.

World Vision’s work in Ethiopia contributes to the well-being of vulnerable children in partnership with the church, civil society and the government. Initiatives include education, food security, health, HIV and AIDS, water, sanitation, and hygiene, as well as sponsorship management. All programs are implemented with the goal of addressing the strategic and basic needs of children while supporting and building the capacity of families and communities.

World Vision Ethiopia would like to invite highly experienced Consultancy Service providers for Provision of Action research on play based literacy approaches, mental health, and psychosocial support (MHPSS)

Eligible vendors may collect  Request for proposal (RFP) document from WVE Procurement Unit with  the address shown below through presenting credentials (renewed license ,VAT,TIN certificate and commercial registration and renewed tax clearance certificate)  during working hours (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00PM to 4:00PM), From February 01, 2023 to  February 14, 2023. The bidding document (RFP) will be distributed to the bidders through e-mail address given to the unit

The bidder shall submit  original and copy of the bid in separate envelopes sealed and stamped, duly marking the envelopes as “ORIGINAL” and “COPY” for Technical and Financial proposals separately (including copies of renewed Trade License, Business Registration License, Tax Payer’s Registration, VAT Registration, and professional competency Certificates).

All documents (Technical and Financial proposals) must be delivered to the address above in the bid box prepared for the purpose before 12:00 AM (06:00 Local time) on February 15, 2023. Kindly be informed that every Friday our office will be closed at 2:00PM (8:00 Local time).

Please note that the submitted documents will be opened by WVE Procurement committee and the technical evaluation result will be posted on WVE notice board and will be communicated to the bidders up on the completion of technical evaluation. The pass mark for technical evaluation is 70%.

The Bidder is required to submit a bid bond of 1% of the total quoted price including VAT in a separate sealed Envelope in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee with the name “World Vision Ethiopia”.

The winner supplier will be required to submit 5% of the contract value during contract assigning process.

World Vision Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of the bid at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever.
